Ingredients- 500 g quark
- 200 g whipped cream
- 26 oreo cookies
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- raspberries, TK

- Mash 20 oreo biscuits. Add the quark, vanilla sugar and sugar and stir. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Divide the raspberries into 6 glass bowls and pour the oreo cream on top. Put an oreo on top of each bowl for decoration.
