Instructions

  1. (Oreo biscuits are dark chocolate double biscuits with a light cream. 1 pack contains 176 g in the form of 16 biscuits.)
  2. Biscuits and biscuit crumbs: First, carefully divide the biscuits and scrape off the cream with a knife and collect it in a bowl. Set aside half of the biscuits (if possible the ones that have remained intact) to layer and decorate with them afterwards. Put the rest of the biscuits in a freezer bag, seal and roll over them with a rolling pin until only crumbs are left.
  3. Cream cream: Now warm the biscuit cream briefly in the microwave (about 5-10 seconds) so that it can be easily stirred. Now whip the cream until stiff and then mix the thick cream with the cream. Now stir in the pulp of the vanilla pod or the vanilla sugar with the sugar.
  4. Strawberries: Wash, clean and cut the strawberries into small pieces. Keep a particularly beautiful strawberry as a topping for each serving.
  5. Layers: Take four tall glasses (approx. 300 ml) and layer them according to Tiramisu. I put a biscuit in the very bottom, then put cream and strawberries on top, sprinkled with biscuit crumbs and repeated that twice. On top was a dollop of cream, with the lovely strawberry, a tucked-in biscuit and a few breadcrumbs.
  6. Tastes immediately and is also very tasty the next day out of the fridge!
  7. Variants: other oreo varieties, other fruits (raspberries, blueberries, peaches ), strawberries marinated in sparkling wine

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
