Oriental Beetroot Feta Dip

Ingredients

• 2 tuber / s beetroot, pre-cooked and shrink-wrapped
• 100 g feta cheese
• 1 tablespoon sesame paste
• 1 half a lemon (s), the juice it
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
• 1 pinch cumin
• salt

Instructions

1. Roughly dice all ingredients and place in a food processor with the spices and puree for 2 minutes at the highest level to a homogeneous cream.
2. The dip tastes very good with flatbread, grilled vegetables and meat.
