Ingredients
- 2 tuber / s beetroot, pre-cooked and shrink-wrapped
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon sesame paste
- 1 half a lemon (s), the juice it
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
- 1 pinch cumin
- salt

- Roughly dice all ingredients and place in a food processor with the spices and puree for 2 minutes at the highest level to a homogeneous cream.
- The dip tastes very good with flatbread, grilled vegetables and meat.
