  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled black cumin
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled curry powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Core the dates, cut into small pieces and bring to the boil briefly with the milk in the saucepan while stirring. If you like, you can take the pot off the stove and puree the dates.
  2. Cut the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and add to the saucepan with the cream cheese and keep stirring until the sheep`s cheese becomes creamy.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the oil, black cumin and curry. Season with salt, pepper and chilli as needed.
  4. Let it cool down and let it steep in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. Tastes good with flatbread or baguette with lamb`s lettuce or as a grill dip.
