Ingredients

  • 300 g yourt, 10% fat, Turkish or Greek that is really firm
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 tablespoon sesame paste (tahini)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 3 stalks leaf parsley
  • salt
  • cumin
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the yogurt, lime juice, tahini and olive oil until smooth. Peel and squeeze the clove of garlic. Strip the parsley from the stalks and chop. Stir both into the other ingredients and season with the spices.
  2. Tastes good with grilled or oven-baked vegetables such as aubergines, courgettes, peppers, carrots, spring onions, etc.
