Ingredients
- 300 ml water
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s) or lime (s), untreated, the grated zest
- 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
- 800 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 lime (s) or lemon (s), add the juice

- Heat the water with cinnamon, brown sugar, lemon peel and ginger while stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Chill the liquid.
- After cooling, pour through a sieve into a large bowl. Pour the orange and lemon juice through a sieve, mix with the flavored water.
