Original Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Bread baguette – 1 pc.
  • Frozen mushrooms – 400 g
  • or fresh mushrooms – 400 g
  • Red pepper – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Greens to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 60 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Wash the onion and cut it into half rings.
  2. Preheat a frying pan, pour 30 g of vegetable oil. Fry the onions, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Layout the mushrooms. Simmer everything together for 7-10 minutes, over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Wash sweet pepper, remove seeds. Cut into thin strips or cubes.
  5. Put mushrooms on a plate, add bell pepper, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix well.
  6. Cut the bread into pieces 0.8-1 cm thick.
  7. Pour in vegetable oil, fry the bread over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, on both sides.
  8. Peel and finely grate the garlic.
  9. Grease each piece of bread with garlic. Put the mushroom frying on the bread. Layout nicely on a dish. The original sandwiches are ready.
