Oven Baked Chicken Thighs with Potatoes Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs – 4 pcs.
  • Potatoes – 1-1.2 kg
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp

  1. Turn on the oven. Wash and dry chicken thighs. Remove the bones and cut the chicken into pieces.

  2. Grease a dish or baking sheet with vegetable oil. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, grease with mayonnaise. Place in the first layer into the mold.
  3. Peel, wash, and chop the potatoes as for French fries. Season with salt and pepper, add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix well. Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin half-rings.

  4. Place a layer of onion on top of the chicken and then a layer of prepared potatoes.
  5. Place the form on the middle shelf in a preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
  6. Grate hard cheese. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the finished dish. Place in the oven for 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
