  • Hake – 400 g
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Sour cream – 3-4 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

How to cook oven-baked fish with vegetables:

  1. Cut any fish fillet into portions.
  2. Cut the tomatoes and onions into half rings. Cut the carrots into slices.
  3. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil. Place the carrots in the first layer. The second layer is the onions.
  4. The third layer is the portioned fish. (I use hake fillets. Pollock and any other budget fish will turn out great.) Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Place the tomatoes on top of the fish. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Temperature – 180 degrees.
  6. Combine grated hard cheese and sour cream.
  7. Cover the baked fish with the cheese mixture and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
