  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – 1 bunch
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Cream 20% – about 100 g
  • Hard cheese (grated) – 2-3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Spices – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon

How to cook fish baked in the oven:

  1. Cut the fish into portions, about 2 cm thick.
  2. Arrange the fish in a single layer.

  3. Top with vegetable oil.
  4. Then sprinkle with grated carrots.
  5. Put onions on top of the carrots.

  6. Break the egg into a deep bowl and beat.
  7. Add cream.
  8. Add spices and salt. Stir well.
  9. Pour the egg-cream sauce over the fish. Place the lemonema in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  10. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Chop green onions.
  11. After 30 minutes, remove the lemon from the oven. Sprinkle the fish with chopped green onions on top.
  12. Then sprinkle the fish with grated cheese.
  13. The fish baked in the oven is ready.
  14. Serve the cooked fish, baked in the oven, immediately to the table.
