Oven Baked Potato Wedges Ingredients

  • Yogurt – 0.5 Cups
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Dried Oregano – 0.75 Teaspoons
  • Salt – To taste
  • Cinnamon – 0.25 Teaspoon
  • Nutmeg – 0.25 Teaspoon
  • Ground cloves – 0.25 Teaspoon
  • Potatoes – 900 Grams
  • Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Garlic Powder – 1 Pinch
  • Ground pepper – To taste
  • Parsley – 2 Pieces
  • Feta cheese – 30 Gram

  1. .Let’s start making the sauce. Peel and chop the garlic. Place yogurt, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, garlic, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a deep bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. The sauce is ready!
  3. Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges, then place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and remaining dried oregano, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Remember to stir the potatoes periodically during cooking so that they do not burn and brown evenly.
  5. Place the sauce on the finished potatoes.

  6. Wash and chop the parsley, grate the feta cheese. Sprinkle the potatoes with parsley and cheese.
  7. Serve warm potatoes to the table.
