Ingredients

  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 3 cherry tomato (s), possibly more
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped marjoram
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped oregano

Instructions

  1. First cut the cherry tomatoes into thin slices, as well as the onion into half rings and the garlic into thin slices.
  2. Spread out a piece of aluminum foil large enough to completely enclose the feta. Make a bed in the middle of the foil by stacking half of the onions, garlic and tomatoes on top of each other. Lay the feta on top and garnish the other half of the ingredients on top of the cheese. Spread the cherry tomatoes around the cheese if necessary.
  3. Then mix the marinade with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano and marjoram. Fold up the aluminum foil on the sides of the cheese and distribute the marinade evenly over the cheese. Finally close the foil over the cheese and let it rest for about half an hour.
  4. Finally, the cheese is put in the oven for around 20-25 minutes at 200 ° C.
