Ingredients

For the potato pancakes:

  • 300 g potato (s)

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1 sprig rosemary

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes the day before, cut into small pieces and soak vigorously overnight.
  2. Peel the onions, cut in half and cut into half rings. Sweat the onions in oil for about 10 minutes until golden.
