  • 500 g pork liver (s)
  • 4 large onion (s)
  • 1 packet bacon
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 cup cream
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the onions. Fry the onions in a pan with butter until light brown and sprinkle neatly with salt and pepper. Then fry the bacon in the pan a little. Remove the core from the apple and cut into slices.
  2. Put half of the onions in a baking dish. Place half of the bacon on top and half of the apple slices. Then spread the raw liver on top and season with salt and pepper. Top with the rest of the onions and the rest of the bacon. Spread the cream well over it and place the remaining apple slices on top.
  3. Bake in the oven at approx. 180 ° C for approx. 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how thick the pieces of liver are.
