Instructions

  1. Clean and halve the mushrooms. Wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel and dice the onion.
  2. Knead the minced meat with onions, breadcrumbs, mustard and water, season well with salt and pepper and form meatballs from the minced dough. Sear them in clarified butter, then remove them and place in a baking dish.
  3. Sauté the mushrooms in the frying fat and deglaze with cream. Season and pour the sauce over the meatballs. Sprinkle with the spring onions.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 12 minutes.
