Ingredients

  • 120 g oat flakes, crusty
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 small pear (s)
  • 350 ml nut milk (nut drink) (cashew milk or another plant-based milk)
  • 2 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon

To garnish:

  • 1 pear (s)

Instructions

  1. Grate a pear. Put in a bowl with the other ingredients and stir everything well. Let rest in the fridge overnight.
  2. Then divide it into two bowls. Halve and core the second pear and cut into thin wedges. Garnish the overnight oats with it.
