Ingredients

  • 120 g oatmeal
  • 240 ml milk, 3.5% fat
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 handful raisins
  • cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Divide the oat flakes between two glasses and mix with plenty of cinnamon powder. Then add the milk (ratio 1: 2). Cut the apple and the banana into small pieces, layer them in the glasses and pour some lemon juice over them. Finally, layer a few raisins on top.
  2. Covered with cling film, store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next morning.
