Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 60 ml coconut milk, low-fat, from the tetrapack
  • 60 ml milk or water
  • 100 g berries (blueberries)
  • some coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix the oat flakes with the coconut milk and milk or water and leave to soak overnight.
  2. The next morning, pour the blueberries over it and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  3. Variants: If you want to make the meal a little more powerful and protein-rich, puree half of the blueberries with 100 grams of low-fat quark and give them over the oats.
