  • 5 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon almond (s), ground
  • Nuts, chopped
  • possibly dried fruits
  • some fruit
  • 2 tablespoon quark
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl. Chop the fruit of your choice and place in a small bowl.
  2. Add the quark to the dry ingredients, mix, pour milk and cover. Cover the fresh fruit and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Mix the fruit with the porridge the next morning.
