  • 100 ml soy drink, vanilla or
  • 100 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 6 tablespoon water
  • 1 nectarine (s)

Instructions

  1. As the first layer, put the oat flakes in a glass and pour the soy drink over them. Then mix the chia seeds with the raspberries and the water and pour onto the oat flakes. Finally, peel the nectarine, cut it into small pieces and put it in the glass as well. Close the jar tightly and place in the refrigerator overnight.
