Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 750 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, boil in salted water for 10 minutes, drain. Brush the oyster mushrooms, cut into large pieces, fry in clarified butter, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the cream with the eggs, the parmesan, the pressed garlic clove, salt, pepper, thyme and the chives.
  3. Spread the potato slices in the baking dish, add mushrooms and more potato slices. Pour the egg cream over it and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown at 200 degrees.
