Ingredients

  • 3 pak choi
  • 2 cm ginger, grated
  • 3 chilli pepper (s), red, in strips
  • 1 clove garlic, Chinese
  • 5 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 5 large shiitake mushrooms
  • 5 king oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut both types of mushrooms into slices. Halve the pak choi lengthways. Finely grate the ginger, cut the chilli and garlic into fine slices.
  2. Heat the peanut oil and first fry the pak choi, then take it out again. Now fry all the other ingredients. Finally, add the pak choi again and season with fish sauce and pepper.
