  • 0.5 liter ½ meat stock, better real than cubes
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • pepper

  • marjoram

Instructions

  1. The potatoes and vegetables are washed, cleaned, cut and steamed in a saucepan with the butter. Then boil this mass with a generous liter of meat broth for half an hour and pass it through a sieve or puree it with a hand blender. Now you add the rest of the broth, pour the cream on it, pepper, salt and taste strongly with marjoram.
  2. Meat sausage or bacon in the soup goes well with it.
