Ingredients

  • 1 can palm hearts
  • 1 ½ tablespoon vinegar, (red wine vinegar)
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, (Dijon mustard)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 spring onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Make a vinaigrette from oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Wash the spring onions, cut in half lengthways and cut very finely. Pour into the vinaigrette and heat briefly (on the stove or in the microwave) to avoid the onion aftertaste.
  2. Wash the palm hearts thoroughly and cut into slices, mix with the vinaigrette and let it steep.
