Instructions

  1. Sweat the onions in olive oil.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and add them to the pan one after the other. Let everything boil down a little. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. If no brew of your own has formed, you can also add about 3 tablespoons of water. Then cut the sheep`s cheese into small cubes and add.
  3. I just eat it from a soup plate, but noodles also go very well with it.
