Ingredients

  • 80 g spahetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 500 ml poultry stock
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion. Finely chop the garlic clove and dice the tomato pieces. Sweat the onion cubes in the olive oil, then add the tomato cubes and the garlic and also let them sweat briefly. Now add the spaghetti and sweat them too. Now gradually pour in the chicken stock. The spaghetti soaks up the liquid and becomes so nicely spicy. The spaghetti is done after about 12 minutes. If there is still some liquid in the pan, let it boil down over high heat. Salt and pepper.
  2. It is a side dish for meat or fish without sauce. If you increase the amount of pasta and possibly add olives and cheese, it is also a delicious main course.
