  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • Oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, milk, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla sugar together. As soon as it has set, fold the egg white into the batter so that the pancakes are nice and airy.
  2. Heat the sunflower oil in the pan and fry the pancakes on the lowest - medium level until golden brown.
