Pancake Rolls with Salmon and Cream Cheese Ingredients

For pancakes:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Boiling water – 0.5 cups
  • Salt – 1-2 pinches
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder – 1 sachet
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp (optional)

For filling:

  • Lightly salted redfish – 200-300 g
  • Cream cheese – 150-200 g

  1. Knead the dough into pancakes. To do this, break two eggs, add salt, sugar to them, and mix everything well with a whisk. Then pour in a glass of milk and mix everything again.
  2. Sift the flour with baking powder and knead the dough with a whisk. Add half a glass of boiling water to the dough, continuing to work with a whisk. You can add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil to the finished dough. The dough is ready!

  3. After the dough has stood for 10-15 minutes, you can start baking pancakes. Ready-made pancakes do not need to be coated with butter.
  4. Now you can start making rolls. To do this, take one pancake and thoroughly coat it with cream cheese.
  5. On top, we put a second pancake on it (as shown in the photo) and also coat it with cream cheese.
  6. We layout slices of redfish in advance on the surface of pancakes, smeared with cheese.
  7. Gently roll everything into a roll.
  8. Cut the finished roll.
