Pancakes from Cottage Cheese and Noodles

Cottage cheese and noodles pancakes are a wonderful light breakfast for children and adults.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Vermicelli (raw) – 150 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Sour cream (for serving) – to taste

Directions

  1. Boil the vermicelli according to the instructions on the package, put it in a colander or sieve, cool. Add eggs, sugar and salt to the curd. Grind into a homogeneous mass. Add the vermicelli to the curd mass. Stir with a spoon. The mass should be thick enough, as for any pancakes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. With a tablespoon, put the cottage cheese pancakes with noodles in a frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot cottage cheese and noodles pancakes with sour cream.
