Ingredients

  • 8 thin pancakes
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 zucchini
  • 10 olives, black without stone
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 40 g parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • some oregano
  • some basil

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes, onions, garlic, zucchini, olives, bell peppers, mozzarella and ham into small cubes. Butter the baking dish.
  2. Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add paprika and tomatoes, toast briefly, season with salt and pepper. Add the olives, zucchini, ham, mozzarella, oregano and basil and season to taste.
  3. Brush the pancakes with the ham and vegetables filling and roll them up. Layer in the baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 8 minutes.
  4. Tip: if you like it hearty, you can also use smoked bacon instead of the ham. For vegetarians, just leave out the ham.
