Ingredients

  • 1 bunch rocket (rocket; approx. 60g)
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 100 g flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 30 g tomato (s), dried
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 150 g ham, cooked (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Clean rocket, wash thoroughly, pat dry.
  2. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and put it in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 degrees / convection: 175 degrees / gas: level 3).
  3. Mix eggs, milk, mineral water and flour to form a smooth dough. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove the tray, brush the baking paper with oil. Put the batter on top, spread 1/3 rocket on top, press down. Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at the same temperature.
  5. In the meantime, chop the tomatoes, mix with the cream cheese and season with pepper.
  6. Take out the pancakes, pull down with the paper. Brush with cream cheese and top with ham. Spread the rest of the rocket on the ham, except for a little. Roll up the pancakes from the long side. Cut the roll into pieces. Arrange on plates and garnish with the rest of the rocket.
