Ingredients

  • 200 g salmon, smoked
  • 4 pancakes, (finished product)
  • 5 tablespoon Miracel Whip
  • 1 bunch dill
  • mustard
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • some curry

Instructions

  1. Mix Miracel Whip with mustard, curry, finely chopped dill, a little pepper and salt and spread on the pancakes. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into fine strips. Spread the lettuce strips on the pancakes and place a slice of salmon on each pancake, roll the whole thing in cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. Cut diagonally and serve.
