Instructions

  1. First the egg is beaten lightly and then processed into a smooth dough with yogurt, milk, flour and maple syrup. Bake small pancakes from each side in hot oil using 1 tablespoon of batter.
  2. We enjoy them drizzled with maple syrup, dusted with powdered sugar or with fresh fruit for Sunday breakfast.
