Ingredients

  • 125 g fish fillet (s), (panasius fillet)
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 little egg white
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 150 g yourt 0.1%
  • 50 g mayonnaise, (salad cream up to 5% fat)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ jam, (orange jam)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mixture, (Chinese spice) or chili powder

Instructions

  1. Season the pangasius fillet with salt, pepper, a little lemon juice and Chinese spices or chilli. Mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds. Drizzle the egg white with a little lemon juice and stir until smooth. Turn the fish first in the egg white, then in the sesame coating.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish fillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
  3. In the meantime, mix the yoghurt with the salad cream, curry powder, orange jam and a little lemon juice and season the dip with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the fried fish on the plate and put some of the curry cream aside.
  5. Serve with rice, potatoes or toasted bread and a mixed salad.
