- For the seasoning sauce, stir together the oil, 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, turmeric, coriander and sweet paprika.
- Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel the onions and cut into quarters or rings, I had quarters. Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into slices and place in a baking dish.
