Instructions

  1. For the seasoning sauce, stir together the oil, 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, turmeric, coriander and sweet paprika.
  2. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel the onions and cut into quarters or rings, I had quarters. Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into slices and place in a baking dish.
  3. Wash the fish, pat dry and place on the potatoes. Pour 3/4 of the seasoning sauce over it. Spread the tomato slices and onions on top, pour the rest of the sauce over them.
