  • 1 kg potato (s), waxy
  • 2 tablespoon sea salt, coarse

Instructions

  1. Clean the potatoes under clean water. Bring to the boil in a saucepan with water (just covered) and the salt. When the potatoes are done (make a test), pour off the water and let the potatoes evaporate on the hot stove. Shake the potatoes back and forth several times so that the typical white salt crust can form on the potatoes.
  2. Serve straight away.
  3. Canarian garlic chicken and mojo go well with it.
