Ingredients

  • 700 g papaya
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2:12
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Halve the papaya, remove the seeds, peel, weigh and cut into small cubes. Puree the strawberries.
  2. Mix the fruits with the preserving sugar and lemon juice and bring to the boil. Let it boil for 4 minutes while stirring, fill into glasses while hot and close immediately.
