Ingredients

  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 chicory
  • 2 small apples, lovely ones

For the dressing:

  • 200 g yourt
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 5 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) ground chilli
  • salt
  • some lemon (s), zest, grated (untreated)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Quarter the peppers, peel them thinly (works well with a peeler), remove the seeds and partitions and cut the pepper quarters into strips. Clean and chop the chicory. Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut the apple quarters into slices.
  2. For the sauce: Mix yogurt, cream, orange juice, vinegar, sugar, chilli, salt and 2 tips of grated lemon zest with the whisk. Pour the sauce over the prepared salad ingredients and sprinkle with pine nuts roasted in oil.
