Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 3 red pepper (s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet
  • some salt and pepper
  • 500 ml water
  • some broth, instant
  • 2 cups cream
  • some cornstarch mixed with water

Instructions

  1. First you cut the meat into small pieces. Then cut the onions, peppers and garlic into small cubes.
  2. Then fry the meat with the onions until the onions are nice and creamy. Meanwhile, season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika. Then you add garlic and paprika and fry everything for 5 minutes. Now add about 500 ml of water and cover and simmer on a low level for about 30 minutes. Now add the cream and some powdered stock and season with salt and pepper. Finally, bind the sauce with cornstarch mixed in water.
  3. Serve with ribbon noodles.
