Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet and hot
  • Oil (safflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Season the schnitzel with pepper and salt, then fry in thistle oil and then keep warm in aluminum foil.
  2. Drain the tomato peppers and sauté them in the pan.
  3. Then pour the vegetable stock, add the cream and let it reduce. Finally season with paprika.
  4. Croquettes taste best with them.
