Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water until soft. Drain, let cool and mash.
  2. Knead the flour and butter with the potatoes and a pinch of salt to form a smooth dough. Line a greased springform pan (diameter 26 cm) with it, form a high edge. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C).
  4. Peel and finely dice the onions. Halve, core and cut the bell pepper into pieces. Fry the onions and olive oil in the olive oil briefly (approx. 5 minutes), then remove. Fry the minced meat in the same pan until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. If you like it spicier, you can add rose peppers as required. Add the onions and peppers again. Pour the minced meat and paprika mixture into the springform pan.
  5. Mix the eggs, crème fraiche, milk and tomato paste, season with salt and pepper. You can also add paprika powder and rose paprika here. Pour the sauce over the mince mixture and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
