Ingredients

  • 300 g puree, firm mashed potatoes (leftover or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoon spelled flour, or something else
  • 300 g frozen mushrooms or fresh
  • 1 large red pepper (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s), finely chopped
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 100 g cheese, rated, low-fat
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chilli, crushed

Instructions

  1. Knead the puree from the day before with an egg and the spelled flour to form a dough and use it to lay out a greased springform pan.
  2. Fry the mushrooms with the chopped onion and the peppers cut into small cubes and the chilli and put them in the mold as well. Then sprinkle the cheese on top. Beat 2 eggs with the milk until frothy and pour over them.
  3. Then bake the whole thing in the oven at about 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
