Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 peppers, colored
  • 300 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • 200 ml water, hot
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 2 cubes broth
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Pick up the minced meat a little. Put both together with the minced meat in a suitable 3 l microwave dish (e.g. the 3 l Ultra). Cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes at 600 W.
  2. In the meantime, clean the peppers and cut into small, bite-sized pieces. Put 200 ml hot water, tomatoes, salt and stock cubes in the microwave oven together with the uncooked noodles (e.g. spiral noodles). Mix everything and cook for another 10 minutes at 600 W.
  3. After these 10 minutes, mix everything well and cook for another 10 minutes at 600 W. Finally stir in 1 cup of sour cream, season to taste and serve hot.
