Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers, red, green, yellow, orange, cut into diamonds
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 ml poultry stock
  • 600 g minced beef
  • Herbs, fresh or dried
  • 2 processed cheese corners
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Fry the mince over a high heat until crumbly. Add the onions, potatoes and garlic and add the color. Add dried herbs and peppers and pour the poultry stock. Cook until the potatoes are done.
  2. Take some of the potatoes and vegetables out of the pot and puree with the broth, add the processed cheese and chop it up with it. Put everything back in the pot and season with salt, pepper, a little lemon juice and sugar.
