Ingredients

  • 500 g bell pepper (s), cut into small pieces
  • 20 paprika kernels, approx.
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, grained
  • 1 apple, about 50 g
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions, fry them in margarine, fry the peppers for about 3 minutes, deglaze with 200 ml of water, add grained vegetable broth, peel off the apple around the bread, add sugar and salt and let it boil gently for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat, everything Puree into small pieces, season with balsamic vinegar.
