Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into 1 cm thick slices. Skin and dice the onion, core and dice the paprika. Fry the sausage slices in the oil, add the onions and let them become translucent. Deglaze with the water or stock. Add the soy sauce and Worcester sauce, as well as the spices and tomato paste. Season again to taste and then add the fresh paprika. Let simmer for 5 minutes so that the pepper is still nice and fresh and has a bite.
  2. This goes well with pasta or rice.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
