  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. First the meat has to be pickled and pulled through nicely. To do this, you first make a marinade yourself. Mix salt, pepper and paprika powder. Dice the garlic very finely or press it through a press and add to the spices. Mix the garlic and spices with the olive oil to form a marinade. Cut each roulade into 8 strips. Mix the meat strips with the marinade and leave to stand overnight.
  2. Preparation of the skewers:
  3. Per skewer you need 4 strips of meat, 4 small pieces of paprika, 3 large pieces of paprika, 2 pieces of onion. This results in: 16 strips of meat, 16 small pieces of paprika, 12 large pieces of paprika, 8 pieces of onion. Cut the peppers and onion according to the instructions. A small piece of paprika is wrapped in each strip of meat. Spread alternately on four skewers. Cooking time is approx. 10-20 minutes. Since the skewers go on the grill, the cooking time depends on how much you like the skewers cooked and how hot the grill is!
  4. You can also eat toasted bread or herbal baguette.
