Ingredients

  • 500 g veal schnitzel
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth

Instructions

  1. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel the onion and chop finely. Clean the peppers and cut into strips.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat strips briefly and vigorously in portions. Add the onion cubes and let them become translucent. Then fold in the pepper strips. Season everything with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika powder. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, creme fraîche and lemon juice. Season again if necessary.
  3. Rinse and dry the parsley, pluck the leaves off. Serve the paprika slices sprinkled with parsley leaves.
