Ingredients

  • 1 ½ g bell pepper (s), /2 each red, yellow and green
  • 100 g onion (s) (veetable onion)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons paprika pulp (glass or tube)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Peel off the vegetable onion and also dice. Briefly sauté peppers and onions in butter or margarine. Add the vegetable stock, sour cream and paprika pulp. Season everything with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
