  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 250 ml water
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in the oil until translucent. Roast the tomato paste in it, fill up with water, add the chopped peppers and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat. Season to taste with the spices.
  2. A schnitzel with rice tastes particularly good with it.
